When first faced with the daunting and important task of our new security camera system, our Board of Directors was overwhelmed. After consulting several different companies about the job, we were able to recognize the endless options that are available in the security industry. We received several bids from companies, one of which was M&P Security Solutions. Immediately, we were impressed with the professionalism demonstrated by the company. As a Veteran's Organization, we also were excited to see that they were Veteran Owned and operated. With their bid being substantially lower than the others, the care in explaining their products, and the level of professionalism, we chose to do business with them.

After getting our approval, M&P began work at our establishment. The workers were all extremely polite and eager to answer our questions. Taking extra care, they worked quickly and efficiently to provide minimum disturbance to our business and our patrons. Because of their dedication to their jobs, they were able to have all of our new cameras and necessary hardware installed and operational in one business day. It was at our request that they came back at a later date to meet with us and show us how to operate the system. M&P had no issues with setting up another appointment, and one of the owners even volunteered to come in on his day off. When he arrived, he was eager to help us with any questions we had and showed his devotion to our satisfaction. He walked around the premises with us and allowed us to direct him on where we wanted the cameras aimed and adjusted. Showing their care for the customer, they showed us how we can adjust the cameras ourselves in order to save us a service call later down the road. With different user ability levels among us, M&P took great care in ensuring that we understood the system and that every user was comfortable and able to use the system.

M&P Security Solutions did a great job supplying and installing a surveillance system for us that is far superior to the system we had previously. Their installation team was very professional and worked with our production people to avoid interrupting our work flow. The quality of the video picture from the new cameras is extremely clear.

M&P did an excellent job installing a fire and security system at our metal production plant. Co-owners Jason and Patrick were professional, extremely responsive, and flexible to our needs. They didn’t try to upsell us on something we didn’t want – they found the solutions we needed. When installation time came they showed up on time and stayed on schedule. The quality of their workmanship was very impressive. Everything was organized, clean and sturdy. Nothing was left unfinished; they even vacuumed up after themselves. Jason and Patrick were clearly concerned with doing the job well. The whole installation couldn’t have been smoother. Now our system is up and running and we are feeling secure.

My first meeting with M&P security was at a new car dealership my brother had just purchased. Since my brother lives in Florida where he has three other dealerships and this dealership is in Pennsylvania he ask that I would oversee the transition from the old owners. One of the first improvements to be made was video surveillance so he could monitor activity at this store from his office in Florida. My brother is actually the one who found M&P security. At the time I was a township supervisor overseeing the construction of a new township building and police station. I was so impressed with the professionalism of M&P that I ask them to put in a bid on the entire security project for the township. They were able to install a better quality electronic lock and surveillance system then the other bidders had proposed for substantially less money. Again they were very professional and reliable. As they were finishing the township work I ask them to give me a price to replace some cameras and the recorder for Harmony EMS. Again very reliable and reasonable and that system is working great. In fact at this point I was so impressed that I had them install a few cameras and a recorder in my home. My son had noticed the professional job and great price and next thin I knew M&P was at his house installing equipment. Patrick and Jason have always been quick to respond to any question or issue. Anything I ever need in securty systems I won't look any further.  These guys have gone above and beyond on every project. You won't find anyone better!
